To be able to get the following 7 achievements you need to have the Xbox 360 Exclusive Download Content Expansion.Pack Rat - GamerScore 10 (Requires a partner with the Premium DLC):
In Co-Op mode complete any Stockpile mini-game in fewer than 2 minutes and 30 seconds.
Body Armor - GamerScore 10 (Requires a partner with the Premium DLC):
Use the Harpoon gun to attach 5 corpses to a single vehicle.
Flippin' Crazy - GamerScore 20 (Free DLC):
In any vehicle complete 3 flips of any type in a single jump.
Street Racer - GamerScore 20 (Requires Premium DLC):
Win all Street Races using any vehicle.
Confiscator - GamerScore 40 (Free DLC):
Impound ALL flagged vehicles and store them in the Agency Garage.
Psych Out - GamerScore 100 (Free DLC):
On Psychotic difficulty level complete ALL the Time Trial missions.
Street Racer Elite - GamerScore 150 (Requires Premium DLC):
Using ALL the available vehicles win ALL the Street Races.

Volk Intel Master - GamerScore 10:
Locate ALL Volk dossier targets.
Chain Banger - GamerScore 10:
In 60 seconds blow up 100 explosive objects.
First Blood - GamerScore 10:
Eliminate the first of 21 gang bosses.
Double Trouble - GamerScore 10:
In Co-Op mode complete your first mission.
Driving High - GamerScore 10:
Achieve a height of 115 feet or more in a vehicle.
Hazardous Hangtime - GamerScore 10:
Execute a 6-second jump in a vehicle.

Earn 4-star ratings in ALL 5 skill areas and then max out your Skills Status meters.

Wipe the city clean by taking out ALL members of ALL 3 gangs.
Shai-Gen Cleanser - GamerScore 50:
Kill ALL Shai-Gen gang members.
Orb Hunter - GamerScore 50:
Collect 300 Hidden Orbs.
Free Runner - GamerScore 50:
Collect 500 Agility Orbs.
